In view of the newly implemented listing prices on eBay Singapore, Fabrique Factory will now have less additional features (picture gallery etc.) on its listings.

This move is to keep prices down and affordable for our valued customers.

Fabrique Factory recently concluded a successful event, selling laptop sleeves @ Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

A portion of the proceeds were used for fund raising for a charitable cause.

We would like to thank all who have supported us, or lent us assistance in one way or another.

Here are some FAQs for your ease of reference:

Q: What are the payment methods?

A: We accept PayPal, bank transfers and cheque deposits. Payment details will be sent via email to you once the order details are confirmed.

 

Q: How many days does it take for the orders to be delivered?

A: 10 working days (inclusive of the time taken for postage) from the date of payment are required for the sleeves to be delivered.

 

Q: Will the laptop sleeve be shock-proof?

A: Our laptop sleeves consist of 3 layers of material: exterior and interior cloth and a layer of foam in between. Therefore, the sleeves are able to protect your laptops against light bumps and scratches, although they are not "shock-proof".

 

Q: How thick is the layer of foam in between?

A: The foam is soft and is about 0.5 to 1cm when uncompressed.

 

Q: Do you provide cash-on-delivery?

A: As our sleeves are made-to-order, we would require payment before we start processing the orders. As such, cash-on-delivery will not be possible.

 

Q: Do the Swarovski crystals drop off easily?

A: Nope! They usually remove the short furry bits of the corduroy when they are forcefully ripped off.

 

Q: Would the picture (eg. crown) be included in the first free add-on when I also request for words to be put on the sleeve using the crystals?  

A: The crown will be considered as an extra add-on ($1.00) but the first 5 characters of the words will be free though.

 

Q: Can the flap on the sleeve be horizontally across the length of the laptop sleeve instead of the top?

A: Sure! No problem.
